On the heels of the success of his debut Sony (BMG) release “Diploma,” Gloc 9 releases the follow-up album which interestingly was titled “Matrikula.”
The album is a collection of collaborations from the who’s who of the music industry – featuring Gloc 9’s remarkable rapping style. Notable names included in the album are Noel Cabangon (Bayad Ko), Gabby Alipe of Urbandub (Balita), Raymund Marasigan (Pangarap), Cookie Chua (Tao) and a host of other performers.
Initial single release from the set is his collaboration with Zelle in the track “Upuan” which is a politically-flavored track, one that puts those in power in an instant spotlight.
From this line-up alone, plus the dedication that the artist puts in interpreting the songs, it will be a clear indication that the new album can very well pass as Gloc 9’s matrikula which deserves him to earn the diploma and be included in the honor roll of the local music industry’s 2009 album releases!

You forgot to add Loonie as one of the notable artists in the album. You'll be surprised how good "Bobo Song" is and how brutally honest and to the point it is.
And may I add Loonie actually wrote the whole song. Even the verse Gloc-9 used. Yes I know, it's supposed to be in Loonie's album but they included it here as well for more exposures I guess...
You forgot to add Loonie as one of the notable performers on the album. You'll be surprised how good, brutally honest and to the point "Bobo Song" is.
May I add Loonie actually wrote Gloc-9's verse here as well. The song was supposed to be only Loonie's on his own album but it's not done yet so they put it on Matrikula for more exposure.
